Application Scope:
The inflation device is designed to connect with balloon catheters during interventional operations. It provides continuous liquid pressure to expand the balloon catheter and facilitates the removal of the catheter from the vasculature by reducing pressure to zero post-operation. It is essential for expanding vessels or stents in cardiology interventions.
Components: The device consists of a pressure gauge, sleeve, plunger, handle, extension tube, and stopcock.
• Ergonomic Design: T handle for integrated inflation and deflation.
• Pressure Range: 30atm (440psi) / 40atm (580psi) with 0.1atm accuracy.
• Capacity: 20ml syringe volume.
• Extension Tube: 30cm 1200psi pressure-rated tube.
• Readability: Luminescent gauge for accurate reading in dimmed lighting.
• Visibility: Clear polycarbonate barrel for bubble detection.
To inflate the balloon, pull the trigger on the T handle to allow the plunger to return to a resting position (0 ATM/BAR or PSI). Release the trigger to lock the plunger. Rotate the handle clockwise until desired pressure is reached.
*Note: Loss of pressure may indicate a leak. If gauge does not respond, replace the unit immediately.
To deflate, pull the trigger and pull the T handle back to generate negative pressure. Release the trigger to lock the plunger in the negative position.
*Caution: Reduce pressure to 25 ATM or lower before using the quick release mechanism.
