What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T in advance and Paypal. (30% deposit by T/T; 70% before delivery for bulk order.)
How long is the lead time for orders?
For samples, it takes 3-5 days. For bulk orders, the lead time is typically 2-3 weeks.
What is the product warranty?
We offer a three-year limited warranty on our light therapy products.
Can I request a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable.
What is the difference between red and near infrared light?
Red light (660nm) is absorbed by surface tissues for skin health, while near-infrared light (850nm) penetrates deeper for muscle recovery and inflammation support.
Why are LEDs preferred for light therapy?
LEDs are the most effective technology for controlling wavelength and direction. They deliver high-intensity output with minimal heat, making them the most efficient source for therapy.
