(1) Frame: High-quality cold-rolled rectangle tube (40*60*1.5mm), phosphating treatment, and electrostatic powder coated with epoxy resin (cured at 220°C).
(2) Handle: Aluminum alloy, Non-welded linear, C-shaped, or Insertion Aluminum alloy handle.
(3) Rail: DTC 16-inch three-section silent rail.
(4) Hinge: DTC 105°/175° buffer hinge or stainless steel hinge.
(5) Footing: Laboratory-specific adjustable feet (≥35mm range) with heavy-duty bearing capacity.
Wooden Cabinet Unit: 15mm cabinet body with 18mm MDF/melamine door and drawer panels. 2mm PVC edge strips for firm, clean bonding.
Steel Cabinet Unit: 1.0mm full-thickness cold-rolled steel sheet. Epoxy resin powder coated (thickness up to 1.2mm). Double-layered doors with sound insulation material.
