| Feature | Non-invasive Sputum Cough Machine | Standard Sputum Aspirator |
|---|---|---|
| Working Principle | Uses MIE technology. Positive pressure expands trachea/alveoli; negative pressure simulates human physiological cough to attract deep sputum out. | Only negative pressure. Mainly sucks out sputum in the upper airway/mouth; cannot reach deep airway or alveoli. |
| Operation Mode | Uses a non-invasive mask or gas cut tee. Better compliance and simple operation. | Requires extending a tube into the mouth/airway. Needs professional operation; high technical requirements. |
| Use Requirement | Multi-patient use capability with built-in disinfection system. | Typically one device per patient for safety. |
| Departments | Respiratory, Pediatrics, Oncology, Geriatrics, Operating Room, Neurology. | General clinical use. |
| Applicable Population | Asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary infection, myasthenia gravis, chronic bronchitis, coma, burns, pulmonary fibrosis, etc. | General secretion clearance. |
Our equipment features a unique integrated disinfection system allowing for safer multi-patient clinical use.
The main body is made of premium copper material. Gas sealing strength ensures no leakage under 660KPa pressure. Waterproof grade reaches IP65. Strictly follows JB/T7352-2010 mechanical industry standards.
Initial use should start with low pressure (1 ~ 1.5KPa) and low inspiratory flow. Gradually increase inspiratory/expiratory pressure by 0.5 ~ 1 kpa per cycle until reaching effective pressure for patient comfort.
