Do you provide on-site installation service?
We provide detailed installation instruction drawings and videos for every project. For large projects, we can arrange installation workers and supervisors on site. The fee for on-site service is negotiable.
What is your typical delivery time?
Normally, delivery time is 45-60 working days after the deposit is received. For large orders, the delivery schedule will be negotiated specifically.
How do you control product quality?
Quality is controlled through high-quality design solutions, selection of qualified raw materials, precise manufacturing techniques, and strict inspections including X-ray and water pressure tests before leaving the factory.
How are quality problems handled during the warranty period?
The warranty period is 1 year. Within this time, the manufacturer is responsible for all quality issues caused by the production process.
What are the acceptable payment methods?
We accept various payment methods to ensure feasibility. TT and L/C are standard, with TT being the preferred method for faster processing.
