Rapid Microwave Medical Waste Treatment Equipment is a cooperative disinfection equipment using microwave irradiation and saturated steam. The basic principle is to use steam heat conduction, microwave thermal effect, and microwave biological action to kill sterilization bodies.
1. The point distribution of microwaves on the cross-section of bacterial membranes affects the electron and ion density around the membrane, changing permeability and killing bacteria.
2. From a biochemical point of view, microwave can lead to hydrogen bond relaxation, fracture, and reorganization of bacterial nucleic acid (RNA) and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), inducing genetic aberration.

1. Filling: Fill the collected medical waste into the sterilization chamber.
2. Crushing & Irradiation: Break waste into flocculent particles while injecting high-temperature steam. Simultaneously, microwave generators output irradiation for comprehensive sterilization.
3. Rapid Sterilization: Rapid heating inside and outside the waste achieves the purpose of complete sterilization.
