The TR-MWT Series Microwave Sterilization Integrated System is an advanced solution for the safe treatment of infectious, sharp, and specific pathological waste. Utilizing a synergistic combination of microwave irradiation and saturated steam, it achieves rapid, uniform, and thorough sterilization through both thermal and non-thermal effects.
The entire process (feeding, shredding, disinfection, discharging) is fully enclosed, operates under negative pressure, and is automatically controlled by a PLC, ensuring zero operator contact and preventing secondary pollution.
1. Loading & Shredding: Waste is loaded into a sealed chamber and reduced to fine particles (approx. 20mm).
2. Sterilization: Saturated steam and microwave core temperature reaches ≥95°C for the set duration.
3. Purification: Exhaust gas is purified via HEPA filters and UV photolysis before compliant emission.
4. Discharge: Treated residue is safely removed as general municipal waste after cooling and drying.
