1. The medical waste microwave sterilization vehicle uses the dual action of microwave and saturated steam to disinfect medical waste. It utilizes steam heat and biological effects of microwaves to eliminate microorganisms effectively.

High Automation: Controlled by a PLC system, managing sterilization temperature and time automatically without manual intervention.
Safety First: Operators have no direct contact with waste. A closed silo system with negative pressure prevents leakage of exhaust gas or waste during feeding.
Durable Design: Sterilization units are made of SUS304 stainless steel, offering high resistance to pressure and corrosion with built-in anti-entanglement guide bars.
Advanced Filtration: Exhaust gas is processed via primary filters, high-efficiency filters, and activated carbon adsorption to remove particulate matter and VOCs.
The equipment consists of seven core systems: feeding, crushing, microwave sterilization, discharging, steam supply, exhaust gas collection, and electrical distribution.
Waste is loaded into standard bins, crushed, and then moved to the microwave unit. After sterilization at 95-100 degrees Celsius, the destroyed waste is transported to a transfer box for final disposal.
