NSS Salt Spray Laboratory Test Device

NSS salt spray laboratory test device has a standardized test method to check corrosion resistance of coated samples. Salt spray test is an accelerated corrosion test that produces a corrosive attack to the coated samples in order to predict its suitability in use as a protective finish. The appearance of corrosion products (oxides) is evaluated after a period of time. Test duration depends on the corrosion resistance of the coating.
It is made of PP & PVC, which endures acid and high temperature.
The patented nozzle and spray unit make an uniform spray rate.
The defogging equipment can automatically defog, providing a clear view of test samples.
