Product Description
Vertical medical waste high-temperature disinfection and sterilization environmental protection equipment
Working Principle:
The collected medical waste is manually fed into a sterilizer, and the feed door is closed. Inside the sterilizer, a shredding system breaks the medical waste into particles. After shredding, a pre-vacuum method is used to purge the air from the sterilizer. Then, high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam is introduced into the sterilizer. After treatment, a vacuum process is used to purge any remaining air from the sterilizer, and air is injected from the outside. Finally, the sterilized waste is removed from the sterilizer. In this way, the sterilized waste is reduced in volume and weight, and pathogens are effectively killed, allowing it to be treated as ordinary household waste.

❓
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the primary sterilization method used?
The equipment utilizes high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam sterilization, which is highly effective at killing pathogens in medical waste.
How much can the waste volume be reduced after treatment?
The system achieves a volume reduction rate of approximately 85%, significantly reducing the space required for final disposal.
Is the shredding system integrated into the machine?
Yes, the equipment features a built-in twin-screw shredding system with imported material blades that break the waste into fine particles before the sterilization process begins.
What is the processing capacity of the TR-VMT-420L model?
It has a processing capacity of 60kg per hour, with each batch taking approximately 30 minutes to complete the cycle.
Can the equipment be monitored remotely?
Yes, the electronic control system supports mobile phone remote operation via an APP and allows for remote data monitoring and collection.
Is the treated waste safe for municipal disposal?
Absolutely. After treatment, the waste meets sterilization standards (inactivating spore microorganisms at 8Log10 level) and can be treated as ordinary domestic garbage.
